Pascal's Wager

Belief in God is reasonable on the grounds that there are no rational grounds either for belief or disbelief , so belief is not less reasonable than disbelief; but this being so it is wiser to gamble on the truth of religion since this policy involves sucess if religion is true and no significant loss if it is false. In other words; If I am wrong about my Christian faith then I haven't got anything to lose, but If I am right by being a believer I will gain immortality.
